Marketing a property that they did not have sufficient information to sell. The lease documentation was incomplete and did not show the car park space. They were unable to provide information about the ground rent and service charge. They were very unresponsive to requests for information. They kept the property on the market even when they had accepted the offer and were very keen to take higher offers after surveys had been completed and documentation done. I will never do business with Spice Haart again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Show common decency, be responsive , be human.
