Myself and my wife recently moved flats in W3, our letting agent from Ludlow Thompson and our Landlord both assured us that we wouldn't hear excessive levels of noise from the flat above (we we're anxious after a very noisy neighbour in our previous flat). To cut a very long story short, they lied through their teeth, we can hear everything from the upstairs flat, including them opening their chest of draws and them getting up for work at 4am. Happy days. They're now not getting back to me when I call and are refusing to admit any guilt. Avoid at all costs, they will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract, and then give you no after-care whatsoever.
