When we first looked round the property we noticed a few things that were not right: a stain in the kitchen ceiling, no blind in the bedroom, very dirty windows; but otherwise liked the property and do agreed to rent it as long as these things were fixed. However, despite reassurances to the opposite, nothing had changed by the day we moved in. It took a further week to get the windows cleaned, and nothing else has benn done. We have phoned multiple times as we find yet more problems with the property, one of the showers doesn\'t work, the toilet seat is broken, the wardrobe is broken. It has benn over 2 weeks since we moved in and things are still the same. Dj Alexander are very slow at fixing things. The toaster, kettle and washing machine were also broken, an electrician came to fix the washing machine, after the electrician saw the kettle and toaster and agreed they were broken we were asked to buy new ones. It has felt like since we moved in that there is more that I\'d broken than is working.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Promised things would be fixed before we moved in and they weren\'t. Should be faster at fixing things that are broken.
