Be warned, this agent is very unprofessional!!
We were hounded to exchange only 6 weeks after our offer was made. The lawyers weren't ready. We were told if we didn't exchange within 24 hours the property would be re-marketed and we would lose it. The lawyers wouldn't let us exchange and we had to wait.
The threat was of course A LIE. The vendor was also hounded. He had no idea we were pressured into such a fast completion and had in fact wished we could have waited longer (as did we). She lied to us both and manipulated us so that we would complete before either party was ready. She rang us on our private mobiles to pester us about exchanging when it would have been more appropriate to ring the lawyers involved as we were powerless over the situation.
