First of all when i moved in to the property and done check in, noticed that the door was broken and i mentioned it in the inventory check, nobody took any notice of it, but after i moved out, tried to charge me for repairing the door, then i was blamed that i subleted the property, according to the landlords friend . sorry, maybe somebody should check their eyesight and see that there was a woman living with a child and men from moving company do not live in the property!!!! they just move the furniture out. i moved out from the property on 31st of may and still waiting for the deposit back and its 12th of july now!!! i am ringing them every day 5 times a day and asking to speak to the accountant, surprisingly accountant is never in the office. the contract says that the deposit should be given back 14 days after moving out or max up 28 days. i cant move to any other place as i haven\'t got my deposit back yet which leaves me homeless!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Just send the deposit back
