We are renting a property managed by NextMove. Everytime there is a problem, they take at least a week to sort it out and it involves numerous emails and phone calls. Sarah Dixon is quite rude and does not let you know what is going on. We have now been without cold water for 4 days and have previously been without hot water for 2 weeks. Also, to resign a contract (with no changes) cost £180. I would not recommend the people and branch I have dealt with at all.
