First of all, I dont ever advise you to take a room or a flat in this building as it\'s the most filthiest place in Leeds. We had a problem in the bathroom but they didn\'t do anything about it for almost a year so how would you trust these guys. the rubbish kept paling up for weeks and no one did a thing about it

Dear Ahmed,

We are sorry about the negative experience you have had with Samara. Samara Plaza is cleaned at least twice a week and we attempt to ensure the tenants are living in a clean and comfortable environment. If you were unhappy with the standard, we would have been happy to hear from you as we take cleanliness and the condition of our properties very seriously.

The rubbish is collected once a week by Leeds City Council. There was a short period where Leeds City Council workers were on strike and hence the rubbish was not collected for a couple of weeks which did present a problem for us and our tenants. However we always ensured that wherever possible rubbish chutes and bin areas were kept clean and tidy.

We at Samara are constantly striving to improve and maintain a high standard of service and accommodation for our tenants. We have had many testimonies over the years to show how happy our tenants have been with us. Unfortunately we were unable to make you satisfied and we hope that you will reconsider us again in the future where this time we will make sure we show you how renting with Samara should be like.
