Alexanders advertise themselves with a logo of "Exemplary standards of Service". I\'m sure that the service we received is an example but not the way intended.
This rental property is still advertised as available on their web site. It was taken 5 days ago.
It took 4 phones calls leaving messages with the Tunbridge Wells branch and 2 phone calls to the main office in Sevenoaks to find this out. It seems that it would have been better to have marked it "under Offer - unavailable" in the online system as other property are.
In addition there was no apology or interest in dealing with this. What a waste of time for everyone.
I can\'t see a reason to deal with a company that has this attitude.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I suggest that you
1) mark all properties under offer as such.
2) get your staff to at least be polite and offer an apology for trouble caused.
