Mark was very helpful, responsive and transparent during the sales process.
The purchase was very long and drawn out (over 9 months), but Mark was always available to update on progress.
It would have been even better if he was more familiar with the lease extension procedures (S42 notices etc.).

Appalling fees to leave your flat early. £250 fees to leave your flat early - which trust me we definitely thought about! Paying for the agents to rewrite some crappy contracts that they dont even make sure you sign and take two weeks to resend to you...appalling.

What agent could do to change your mind?
She's still saying builders are coming , she doesn't go down and check even though she knows they have failed to turn up several times. She has not been on site to see or experience the issue and only communicates when I send her messages . Her communication is always the same - 'they're coming today to fix'. She never calls in advance, never manages my expectations by telling they couldn't make it etc etc .
