Lisa was very helpful from the start - she picked out the property and helped arrange a same-day viewing at short notice, and kindly printed out the details for us.
The guy who showed us around (can\'t remember his name!) was excellent - really laid back and not pushy at all, but very informative.
As for Peter, he let us down a little. All talk and no action when it came to helping us make sure we\'d be able to get our paperwork (guarantor forms) back in time. As my friend\'s guarantor was out of the country, Peter assured us he would send the form via an e-signature service, so that it could be returned on time. He did not, however, go on to do this - the form was sent by standard email - this resulted in some delay.
Instead of apologising, he actually tried to place the blame on us for being slow to get things back to him. Whilst we understand that it is our responsibility to ensure such paperwork is completed and returned as quickly as possible, until the guarantor form had been received by the guarantor (which, in the end was not until the day before we were supposed to move in!), things were out of our control. We paid an agency fee so that the process would be as efficient as possible. Peter caused us to have quite a stressful move in day, which was totally unnecessary - had the form been sent on time, and by the method initially agreed upon, I\'m sure it would have all have gone much smoother.
Generally a good service though - much more efficient than dealing with landlords directly.
