Our building consisting of 12 flats is managed by Victorstone\'s block Managment division. Me along with the other leaseholders were a little apprehensive at first when Victorstone tendered for the contract. However their maintainable costs along with insurance was marginally less than what we paying at the time. Along with the fact our current managing agent was so poor we all sought for a change. It\'s now been 18 months into a 3 year agreement and I can\'t see why the contract is not renewed for a further term, as the have done exactly what they had promised
