Without doubt the most lazy, incompetent, illiterate estate. Always had to chase, even tried to get us to be at the house to show people round ! Took threats to even get a conclusion to the sale. The easiest money they have ever made. Do not use.

They would never tell you how much they are going to charge you to start with. all they would tell you is what you want to hear but when everything is completed that is when you see all the hidden fee by then is too late The money has already gone to there account. Please be careful everyone dispeople are not what they claim to be

Wanted to view a property was told that they needed proof of funds before I could actually view a property. No other estate agent has asked for this before and i found it intimidating .I just hope they have erased my email with my bank statement on.After looking at the virtual video I did not like it anyway and neither did my daughter ...

I couldnt agree more. on an online chat today 145h july 2020 Covid 19 has been used as an excuse. Sorry that doesnt wsh with me. Everybody has been told to get back to work. If you dont want to wor then sign on and let somebody else take you job who really wants in. Sales team in Ormskirk we’re helpful Lily in particular BUT the sales progression team based in Preston awful , don’t believe in answering a phone and emails are hit n miss, always go with estate agents where you can have face to face contact all the way through the progression is so important which you don’t realise until your half way through a sale and have terrible service ...

My property was up for sale with these people for 3 months with only one viewer, turned out to be a time waster. it was removed from their books over 3 months ago, after contacting them at least 6 times asking them to remove it from Rightmove it ...

I'm pretty certain you had more than one enquiry because I've just rang these clowns to arrange some viewings ( My house is sold and quite far along now) They said i needed to see a Mortgage guarantee certificate before i can view anything they advertise.. " I'm not getting a mortgage i told them , it's from proceeds of sale plus savings".. You have to get your estate agent to confirm in writing that you have sold your house and we'll need to see your bank statement too... Errrr NO I won't do ...
