The team at Ludlow Thompson were helpful and attentive. There were a few moments of confusion from now and then, but I can put this down to the speed at which we had to move on the letting. I found that the communication was quite good overall - the referencing process was straight forward and well-handled - although it can sometimes show that they are quite busy. Overall, I found they made the process quite easy and smooth.
