OM must stand for Obscene Management, as I have seen nothing to indicate otherwise. In the 21st century I am unable to watch TV due to a tree interfering with the signal from the communal aerial and satellite. They have had over a month to resolve this. I assume that there must be statute covering such blatant breach of contractual obligation and feel that my only recourse is contacting someone in the legal profession to help me resolve their inaction.

Done their job and resolved my problem promptly rather than fobbing me off.
