Very poor service offered.
They have been very kind until the day we signed our contract. Then they disappeared - talking to them or having repair done has been difficult, they have never been helpful or friendly.
The worst part was the checkout: the flat we left was in extremely good condition. However, they forced us to pay £300 from the deposit (on top of the check out fee) for very small damages which were already in the inventory at check in time. They totally ignored the comments we sent on the check out, showing to be not professional at all. The feeling was that they were only trying to get as much as they could from the check out rather than doing their job.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Careless, unresponsive and unprofessional. They only care about their fees.
