The worst case scenario you can imagine when renting a property - avoid at all costs. A block of 7 apartments in Shoreditch re-possessed by the mortgage company and never told any of us tenants. The first we found out was when the baillifs can to seize the building and that was it we were all made homeless. Crown i believe have personal connection with the owner of the property who owes us tenants a huge amount of money in unreturned deposits and rent.
As an agency these people are beyond rude, immoral and down right shady. A judge actual told us tenants after the eviction that "we've been conned" no help or protection, proper checks done by crown. The tenancy agreements where signed not by the actual landlord it turns out but by some jr at the office and our deposits where put in the legally required scheme but under a different name to that on our tenancy agreements, meaning we are unable to persue it's return legally. Total nightmare.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Should apologise for telling me incorrect information about the flat. I confirmed and reconfirmed this information and it turned out to be totally fabricated by the agent who hadn't even asked the landlady for the flat to be unfurnished. Apologise for the inconvenience of having to cancel my moving arrangements last minute. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Refund my ‚£200 deposit which I obviously wouldn't have put down in the first place if I was told accurate information regarding a flat being furnished or unfurnished. It is a pretty basic but major factor when choosing a flat and feel I have just been told anything so the agent could get a holding deposit down.Attached Filesnbsp;

Hi just to add to the comments. i am having some serious problems with Crown Property Professionals and am about to serve a disability questionnaire (under the equality act 2010) to property property property limited for failure to respond to a request for a reasonable adjustment. My experience is that they ignore complaints and problems in the hope that individuals just fade away. ...
