Just basically really, really bad customer service. Whenever we have tried to contact them we get a "we\'ll give you a ring back" and then never hear from them. We have been totally left in the dark on important information about our property, like how to use the boiler and heating system (and there is no literature here to reference). We were happy about the chap who showed us the lettings but then when it came to the move in time, although it\'s meant to be an exciting time, was just an absolute nightmare. It can be stressful moving also and not having a reliable point of contact with your agent makes things even more difficult. Even though we love our property we can\'t wait for the tennancy to end so we can find a different agent. Would not touch them again with a barge pole.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If they actually just spoke to us about the issues we had, and actually phoned us back when they said they would. We were left without hot water for 2 weeks as we didn\'t know how to work the boiler, and we only worked it out from switching different switches all over the house. They\'re a professional estate agent, not a bad boyfriend, good customer service is NOT hard! We are currently looking to buy a property and they will not be having our custom.
