Charged admin fees and credit fees to the tune of£420
Reported damage to back doors which was never resolved
A leaky toilet was half repaired 6 months after reporting it and was only fixed 2 months before we were forced out due to the landlord selling the property
Having found another property they wouldn\'t negotiate an early release
Before we moved we were told we had to buy their insurance which was according to trading standards was misselling. when i confronted them the response was \'well you can pull out\' on the day we were moving in.
constantly got reminders that we were due them rent because of their clerical error. we were told to fix the error it would cost us £620
Cleanliness of the house was below standard which was reported but still got charged £100 for cleaning the house on departure despite it being in better condition. I was told by the inspecting agent he had found a hair in the shower??? I suggest it was from his head.
Complaints procedure is non existent and no resolution process for the toilet which stank the house out for over a year and a half. They only react when you threaten court action.
Inspections are ridiculous and dates change regularly until your unsure when they are coming. They even inspected the house when my wife was on night shift and burst into our bedroom frightening the living daylights out of her
Inventory was \'lost\' and they claimed we hadn\'t returned it to them.
They are an absolute joke. AVOID!!!!
