This agency only became involved in our tenancy in the last 3 weeks of it. They called my partner after we had given notice and said our landlord had engaged them to market the property. We were suspicious, as the landlord had (and indeed has to this day) never mentioned anything about them to us, and our usual letting agent was already arranging viewings. Further alarm bells rang when they asked us when our tenancy ended ¢â‚¬â€œ we had given notice in writing and this is information the landlord ought to have given them if he had indeed employed them. If he did employ them he made a big mistake, as they kept trying to arrange viewings at inconvenient times without giving us any notice. We refused. On the one time they did actually arrange an appointment at a mutually-convenient time with more than half an hour's notice, nobody turned up. The next viewing they arranged, they didn't even bother to tell us about ¢â‚¬â€œ they just tried to sneak the prospective tenants into our home while we were out! Fortunately, as I said above, we were suspicious of them and had taken to locking the front door from the inside and exiting the back way, so they couldn't get in. The only reason we found out about their attempt at trespassing was that they phoned us afterwards and complained they hadn't been able to gain entry ¢â‚¬â€œ unbelievable! Their attitude to tenants is disrespectful, and a letting agency that is unable to get its act together to organise a single viewing in 3 weeks is hardly an asset to a landlord.

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service.
Your Landlord had indeed instructed us to secure a new tenant which we have now done. We are pleased to say that both parties are more than happy with our services.
We try and liaise the best we can with regards to the viewings and of course give as much notice as possible to all tenants but due to many applicants wanting to view immediately, this cannot always be the case. If we are provided with a set of keys we will always obtain the permission of both the landlord and tenant before entering a property.
If you would like to speak with either myself or one of our team here regarding your complaint we will be more than happy to help. We have been established and trusted for more than 25 years within the local area and do pride ourselves on our reputation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards.
