Cheryl the sales progressor.... didn\'t progress much of anything. After the original moving date of 30/5 I didn\'t eventually move until 5/7... at no point did Cheryl help matters as the people from sturdee were clearly unware of the moving process and she did nothing to move it along. Very unhelpful, and rarely responded to messgaes. Generally phoned after 5 O\'clock. Not a good service and wouldn\'t recommend your move after sales service.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I had no problems with the sales team in gillingham but the after sales service was quite bad. Very little contact, rarely responded to missed calls and not helpful in lots of circumstances.
