I had a horrible experience with VA Property. They are all sweet and charming before signing the contract and then problems will arise. We were infested with rats( when we told them about the situation,the respons was we must brought them so we should get rid of them). 6 months later we found out that our bills were incredible high for gas and when contacted british gas they told us another flat ( also from VA) was connected to our boiler so we were paying for them too. They didn\'t do anything to give us money back on gas bills and we were left only with a promise. And we didn\'t get our deposit back even though the inspection was all done and we were told is all ok. we didn\'t get a copy of that inspection so 1 week later we were called and told we are not getting money back from our deposit because we damaged the property,the landlord suggested to the agency that we cut cables on the roof and made a hole in his wall( at which point we were not allowed to go back at prop or discuss face to face. so by all means they are horrible people, especially Vanessa. Other friends had rented a property from them too and also found rats and had problems with electricity bill....
What agent could do to change your mind?
they should not take advantage of tenants,should take responsibility and provide clean houses and further more, safe properties with no doggy gas or electricity connections.
