We are currently experiencing great difficulties with Braemore or Lomond Lettings. We don\'t even know who we\'re dealing with.
The property manager we initially met has gone, and the one we are dealing with no has taken 3 weeks to reply to a simple garden maintanence request.
We were promised that if tenants were not occupying our property within 30 days then Braemore would pay the rent.
We are at the other side of the world and its been 67 days now and still no sign or confirmation of payment.
Our trip was based around this income and we are no screwed.
There has been awful communication, lack of information, fabrications and poor poor customer service.
I also reccommend staying away from this company at all costs.
If there is anyone out there who can help us find someone better to switch to, pleaselet usknow.
In the meantime we are looking into legal action.
