When it comes to find a place and pay the fees is all good and fast.
Disappointment comes when moving out of the property, first of all when I moved in I did not receive an inventory report and since there were few things not fixed in the property I made some pictures myself.
When moved out the property I had to leave the property at professional cleaning standard, I just wished I could upload picture when I moved in, which is professional cleaning for them when you move in but not when you move out.
I did professional cleaned the property myself and left it immaculate.
Then it comes to the inventory check out, few things were questioned and luckily I had my pictures ready...I sent everything with explanation.
For couple of weeks no one bothered to answer back, I started to call at the office and every time the property manager was busy, so I sent email and she got back to me saying I have to pay 50£ for the damage.
I had to write again everything along with pictures and after that (over a month passed) I could get my deposit back.
What I can say about this agency: very helpful when you need to find a place and get paid. Not very helpful when moving out, poor communication within the office and felt they try to get as much money as they can from you.
Be careful when you use this agency, do as much pictures as you can when moving in so you can be covered when you move out.
