Very quick process, viewings were very well done. they were helpful, but found that there was some miscommunication with customer and agents when discussing fees. number of different fees seemed to increase as the process progressed. it would be nice if the agency took a little more thought into the convenience of the customers rather than how the company regulate and also too clearly explain to the customers important regulation before the very last minute. if i had to choose the, property won me over rather than the agency. maybe not for students.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If they made the process more convenient for students in terms of clearly stating increase in fees beforehand. maybe working more closely with the customers.
