What an awful lettings agent, from a tenant and landlord perspective.

On numerous occasions, we had the agents put the phone down on us, the Director, Nicola Heard was incredibly unprofessional, as were her employees, Gavin Gordon and Kirsten Pauli. On three occasions they trespassed on our rented property, snuck into the electric gates because their fob was disconnected after the last time they let themselves into the property. The agents are supposed to give tenants written notice at least 24 hours in advance to request a viewing, however they let themselves in without advising us and without checking in with our concierge. After a complaint was made about this, we were met with sarcasm and the utmost lack of professionalism from Gavin Gordon and director Nicola Heard.

On once occasion agent Gavin, showed people into the property and told my mother that he had to be somewhere and asked if she could show them around the apartment. How disgraceful!

A few weeks after the complaint was made we were told that they had entered our property with prospective tenants and had not informed anyone. We are taking matters higher and will be involving the TPOS and if necessary the police.

A truly horrendous company and staff that instill very little confidence.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could go insolvent.
