Katie has been my contact point for some time now and we have built up a really good relationship. She is very responsive to issues and shows empathy for the challenges of a landlord living abroad. i feel she has got better and better in really working for my best interests whilst ensuring that my tenants are well looked after. Recently she felt a quote from a plumber sounded unreasonable so suggested a second opinion which was much cheaper and solved the issue without needing to make significant changes to the system. This is where property managers can really make a difference and build loyalty in customers.
