Very disappointed with David Ball Agencies. Numerous requests for call backs related to issues go un-returned, issues with the property (even after months of reminders) go unresolved with the same reply "we\'ll look into it", only certain members of staff are friendly/ approachable and/ or helpful and give the impression they actually care about more than just getting your money. The bottom line is, when you pay your rent on time every month, and you then have problems, you expect the agency taking your money to actually do something to help and not just ignore you, hoping you\'ll get sick of pointlessly contacting them and go away. An estate agent is a business at the end of the day and therefore, the tenants are it\'s "customers/ clients" in as much as you expect some kind of service and reasonable help when trying to resolve problems.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Return calls as promised, adopt a friendly and helpful demeanour, sort out issues brought to light in good time, make the people who\'s money you take feel as if they are more than just a wage slip to you.
