No leadership from the top down. Messages left, no return calls, staff, management and owner guilty of that! Couldn't care less attitude, even for the fee couldn't be bothered to show the flat nor check it was fit for habitation. Even offered the previous tenant to keep his food in the freezer and allowed him to hold a spare set of keys when challenged they didnt follow it up only after 4 phone calls did the food get removed and keys handed in! Refund wasn't actioned when it should have been had to chase up - excuse was - we only do it once a week, even though a week and a day had passed! No better than the multipuls probably worse!
