Poor customer service, inability to calculate simple percentages, mistakes in the contract, poor to non existent communication once they have their fee. Inability or no will to relay messages to the landlord prior to payment/move date. Overall feel of paying extra fees for something that wasn\'t earned.
If I was a landlord, I\'d be better of not employing this company, as I would be paying for something I can do much better myself.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Seriously improve communication. Employ somebody with at least basic administration skills and ability to use calculator. Improve communication. Improve communication. Provide some service so the customer doesn\'t feel like being robbed by a bunch of cowboys. Improve communication. Seriously, in the age of internet, how hard is it to write an email??
