Upon putting down a holdiding deposit of £900 the land lord rose the rent 3 times!
Then when we had 3 days to move in Fisks told us that the property was not available but they could not give us the full £900 back because they had already sent all the reference checks.
Not only have they been inhumane, they were very quick to jump to their company policies and regulations which they failed to mention us.
At this stage we had not signed anything, we had not been told the consequences if a situation like this one was to happen.
After calling and emailing them, no reply.
When I speak to them over the phone they tell me the only way to deal with complaints is via email.
4 of us are now homeless and they have a no care attitude and nothing to say.
It is clear where Fisks best interest lie - they just want to rip you off and scam you!
What agent could do to change your mind?
See the issue as a rare one and refund the complete amount so we can find another home.
