Mark Turner was my contact. He contacted me after the vendors previous sale fell through & he knew I was interested in the property. He met me at the property & showed me around. We discussed the potential of the property & I rung him later that day with an offer. The vendor had not sold a property before & Mark was an excellent go-between. My mortgage took a time to sort out & Mark had to reason with the vendor to accept me as a good purchaser. I think the purchase went through very smoothly due to Marks' input.
