I recently enquired about receiving a new bed, as the old one had clearly been in the property for decades. I explained to Rebecca that I was unhappy with the divan (new mattresses had been provided before I moved in last year) as it was creaky and on the verge of collapse. She replied promptly asking for some photos, and as soon as I\'d sent them she arranged delivery of a new base. The whole issue was sorted in under a week and I am now much happier with my bed. Service was polite and speedy, and I feel safe in the knowledge that potential future contact will be dealt with swiftly. Thanks Rebecca!
