Moved in to a property to find various faults with the electrics, plumbing and locks. When contacting the agents they didn\'t answer the phone and when finally we got hold of them, they made excuses - claiming that everything had been checked and was safe when it clearly hadn\'t. Currently living in a death trap and we have still not had the repairs done a month after reporting them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Should have had the property checked by a plumber and electrician and faults repaired before moving tenants in. Property was also dirty and needed a lot of cleaning. Should have resolved the problems immediately as they were vital.
