Me and my partner rented a flat from Andrews for 6months when we moved in it was disgusting, hasn\'t been cleaned and the smell was terrible, it was so bad that we couldn\'t clean it ourselfs an had to get a cleaning company to do this. The walls were in a terrible state and we painted the whole flat out again(same colour) ad had to sort mould problems out that was everywhere. At the end of our tenancy Andrews are now saying that they are unable to give us the whole amount of our deposit back due to \'mould\' even though we hae made the flat 100x better and even got a brand new shower head in the flat as the one when we moved in was falling off, same for the toliet seat. The before and after pictures you would think was a different flat!
While we was living there we had many problems with leaks and faulty equipment such as heating and water yet it took them over 2weeks to sort problems out
In my opinion they are looking for excuses to keep money and this is unfai and biased, I will be taking this further and erge anyone looking to rent to go with a different agent
What agent could do to change your mind?
Sorted problems out quicker, despoist should of been in full back and general attitude
