My wife and I rented a property through Kings, to start with they seemed great, as soon as we needed them they were awful. They did nothing to help us. We had a broken shower for 4 months, our oven was broken for 3 months, the windows didn't close fully and we were sleeping in a room which was riddled with mould. When we contacted Kings they said it was down to us so we got in a specialist and he told us it was due to lack of insulation. We also spoke to a respiratory therapist and were informed that it was a very dangerous condition to be living in. When we gave this info to Kings they did nothing!
We were lied to continuously. They told us that they had contacted the Landlord with all these problems and that it was in his hands. I set up a meeting with the Landlord after months of complaining and no action. He had no knowledge of any of our issues as Kings hadn't told him anything. He told us that Kings had told him that we were happy and had no problems.
Kings are terrible, we really did have such a miserable time renting from them. We left after 6 months as soon as we could.
Plus there are so so so many hidden costs!
I'm not exaggerating, I wish I had read some reviews on Kings before using them. Steer clear!
