As soon as they have you in a contract, they aren't interested. They mess you about when things need fixing. Their 'emergency' number goes to an answer machine. The most recent problem from them is there was a leak coming from our toilet which was damaging the downstairs flat. Their qualified plumber came to 'fix' it. He left the toilet handle loose and now has a worse leak than it did before, flooded the bathroom. Unable to use the toilet now and cannot get in touch as their emergency number isnt actually for an emergency at all. Its disgusting how they've treated us from day one. There is so many problems with Malcolm Gold it would take me forever.
