Absolutely terrible. Approached agent about a property; were shown around by the shyster Ryan Morgan. Pressured into placing a £500 holding deposit, which we were assured would be returned to us in 10 working days if our offer was unsuccessful. Our offer was indeed unsuccessful; but it took 3 months of emails, visits to the office and eventually the threat of legal action before it was returned.

Throughout David St. James have exhibited no professionalism, courtesy or evidence that they are an honorable outfit. Their lies about an \'accounts department\', failed promises, fake receipts and even faker smiles tally perfectly with the rest of the 1 star reviews on this site. Without doubt, the 5 star reviews are bogus - they match Ryan\'s writing style (from email correspondence) perfectly, and many are posted from the same IP address. I shall certainly never be using them ever again, and further recommend all others to avoid as well.

Further to our response to your review (above) dated 6th June 2013, we have not been contacted by you or have received any correspondence from anyone matching your description of events. We therefore have no choice but to either think that your complaint has now been resolved or this review was a fake from the start. We have had many reviews added on this site from competitors and they all seem to be written in a similar fashion, using the same words and are almost duplicates of each other. We hope this was not one of them.
