Got charged for inventory and they didn\'t even do it the landlord did it. only when i asked for proof of the inventory did they offer a refund!

Agents let themselves in without warning on 2 occasions when I was resting. Very poor customer service. It seems they are out to make money and don\'t care about their clients.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not over charged and stuck to their terms of the contract
