We used Benham and Reeves Lettings to rent a flat in Knightsbridge. Our experience was only positive - not only did Lisa-Jane guide us safely throughout the process with care, with all our questions answered in full on time and without delay, they also provided us with information about local schools, restaurants and shops helping us to settle down in a new area. Lisa-Jane clearly explained everything required and whatever she promised was delivered which is something we were not expecting after our previous letting. I would mention their proactiveness in informing us about status of our procedures ¢â‚¬â€œ not once did we have to ask anything as they gave us the information. We aren't planning on moving again, but if we did, I would definitely ask Benham and Reeves to assist us again.
