Danielle has recently taken over our account as Property Manager. We had a number of old outstanding issues with our flat (service charge in arrears, communication break-down with other Freeholders) and Danielle was quick to ensure that these issues were dealt with in a timely manner and under proper guidelines.
Danielle remained professional at all times and put procedures in place to ensure the problem does not recur.
We have been very impressed by Danielle\'s pro-activeness since taking over our account and are very happy with the service she has provided to date.
