Have dealt with this agent letting my property. From the outset to the selection of tenants, they were awful, they have been unprofessional, record keeping and communication has been poor. Site visits to my property have been amateurish, advice and knowledge of legal situations has been incorrect. Save yourselves use another agent!
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have recognised that they were poor, apologise and then fix the issues with clear and concise communication throughout the process.
