i am renting the property through them, the first problem i had was when the storage heater in the living room would not work after a number of times complaining to them they sent a idiot of electriacn out who agreed the heater was nackered and then said he would stick the swicth back together to see if the heater would work. the second was the light in the living room kept blowing bulbs and aftre having it tested myself found it is producing more voltage than a four bed house, both thing are still dangerous.
jan 2013 they sent me a section21b notice 17 days after it was dated, and when some one who knows the housing law spoke to ms preston she put the phone down, and since then they have tried to say i dont know what i am talking about and also ms preston has been rude about me
What agent could do to change your mind?
they are not trained people and dont know what they are doing when you quote the housing act, the best thing for this company is disapear
