We have had terrible service from Property Solutions for the whole 9 months we have been with them. They were very easy to sign up with (although we had to remind them a few times to finish our paperwork after paying), but then the problems began. There were plenty of things they promised to do (like tidy up our garden) but they never did despite numerous reminders. Our kitchen cupboard is now damaged because they did not fix a leaky sink, again despite numerous reminders. We also didn\'t get an inventory of the house and its condition and contents (it was done, we just didn\'t get a copy), despite requesting it at least twice... Who knows what will happen with our deposit. They have threatened us legal action for not paying rent, but failed to notice that it wasn\'t actually due for another few days. As the other reviewer mentioned, we had viewings without being given notice - and they didn\'t even knock, they just came inside the house, making my flatmate think we were being burgled. Absolutely terrible customer service.
