Unprofessional, sloppy, lazy and just seemed to have no clue as to how to do business. Forgot the receipt for our holding fee despite wanting it in cash, did not return the holding fee in a timely fashion, late to arranged viewings, was unable to use Excel well enough to complete our contract - I had to assist him. Did the maths on our contracts and fee break-downs wrong, twice, and had to redo them after we checked the maths for them. We made a complaint to another staff member who just vaguely blamed the landlords for some of the problems. They were dropped by the landlords about 75% of the way through us moving in, but by then we\'d already paid almost £500 in admin fees. Close to moving out a year later we received letters from them demanding £50 to renew our contract. Seemed to forget they had been fired a year ago and sent "aggressive" emails to our landlords.
