When we first reviewed the property we are about to move into, we where shown around by someone who only works weekends. She was not knowledgable as to what furniture was staying or going, and incorrectly informed us that most furniture would be let with the property. This was not the case, and even after she confidently told us everything was staying, a permanent member of staff told us the next week most stuff was the current tenants.

We then dealt with another agent, who put us in touch with a 3rd agent as they were involved with Sales and "just helping out for a while".

We definitely didn't get the service we thought we deserved, with one/two agents to have as a point of contact - but constantly got passed around.

In having said that, their service was average and all agents were friendly and a far step away from the horror stories I have heard abot estate agents!
