The contract sold to me was discounted in price from the one I wanted, never told that after I fulfilled my 12 month contract that I would have to pay 6 week get out payment! Never given a copy of the contract that was not sighed by me. Trying to talk to somebody in authority but nobody want to speak to me. They prefer to do it by email!! Very very annoyed!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not lied to me at the start. Speak to me in person rather than hide behind emails.
