Y Homes is a very professional company and i recommend them to anyone. Andrew who was our contact was very professional and got the job done. It took 8 weeks to get our house sold but this ewas due to other agents who were not compitant and basically refused to communicate with anyone else - but Andrew rose to the challenge and did manage to get comms going between all including ourselves. We are both very pleased with the wasy Andrew dealt with the issues. All I can say is do not use any of the other agencys keep it simple and know you will get a good honest agent like Y Homes as they will get the job done and will not charge a fortune - keep up the good work all at Y Home
