I\'ve been renting from CP Walker for quite some time now and i have had nothing but problems with them, mostly communication problems.
Whenever i had to get something fixed they wouldn\'t return my calls or reply to my emails until i actually threatened to end my tenancy with them and then they decided to respond, even so their staff seem to be quite rude and not very understanding or sympathetic towards their tenants or customers (i am a customer after all).
I am now actively seeking to move out and buy a property but i won\'t be using CP Walker again and definatley can\'t recommend them to anyone else who wants to buy or rent from them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Basically to be more customer focussed and improve the way they communicate when dealing with problems that customers or tenants report.
