Awful! When we first moved in we paid deposit first months rent and fees upfront (nearly £2000) first day we got the keys and the boiler didn\'t work. When we called (3times) and spoke to Maureen she said it was our responsibility to pay for a engineer!!! She laughed down the phone at us when we said we wanted her to send someone out. Endless problems from there with getting mattenance out for issues after Boiler, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
NO WONDER THEY WERE ON WATCHDOG A FEW WEEKS AGO!!!
It\'s quite annoying there website does not show an address for head office so these people can be reported, they do have a complaints procedure however they do not follow so a complete
Waste of time!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service needs looking into ASAP, completely unacceptable to laugh down the phone at customers. Website needs updating to show an address for head office or a customer relations team if you want to complain. No wonder you were on watchdog a few weeks ago!!!
