We have been with Braemore for 2 yrs.
We live abroad so needed an agency to take away the strain of having to manage our property from a distance.
It has in fact made my life more stressful.
We were informed only when I phoned to ask,that our property manager was leaving and was given another e mail contact.
I sent an e mail.not even a reply.
Turns out he is no longer our property manager,but I only discovered this by actually phoning to ask.
Maintenance department need to be chased up constantly and then asked to report back to us.
Had to aim all my e mails now to Linda Mcaulay with a hope of a reply.
The company do not deserve any percentage as I am doing most of the work.
My main problem with them is that there are so many staff with whom ism dealing,that I not know anymore who s my point of contact.
I would not recommend them.
